PASSION THROUGH A SONG

Unleashing passion through a song, music spoken never wrong for deep within ones passion keep, the heart doth sing the soul doth weep;

Expressing self through sound, unspoken words play out profound; tone hold............. projects passions untold;

Lost in vortex heart speaks free of silent thought declare decree; such debth of emotion, music takes on meaningful life, if heart leads way no note be wrong; Passion is found within the song

Stan and I had alot in commen.

Stan Getz was a large influence in my tenor playing. Like myself, Stan started playing tenor sax at the age of 13. He, also like myself, had spent up to 8 hours a day practicing his tenor. My music teacher constantly told me "Practice Makes Perfect" later on in school I was taught "No Ones Perfect". Hmmm, confuse a kid, why don't ya.
