Comment by Marla on June 1, 2009 at 3:59pm - Stan will always have one of the most identifiable and beautiful sounds in jazz history. I also greatly admired Stan because he never ceased to change direction and hire new/ultra-talented musicians. He will always be one of my top jazz heroes!
