I live in Nevada. The Pagliacci on my page is something that Shorty Rogers and I were going to do with Stan Getz. We were going to have Stan play opera arias. But they both passed away before we could get under way. I recently did some demos with a quartet because I thought the idea was so great. Imagine Stan playing that melody. I also did the Carmen Overture and The Jewel Song from Faust.

Glad you like the new tracks from Montmarte. Yes, Orsted Pederson. Joanne Brackeen on piano and Billy Hart on drums. I've never heard these CD's either. (I actually bought them on Amazon... paid A LOT of money, too! DAMN! That's not right! LOL!) I don't remember when these two were released. Going to have to check into that - they may not be legal. )-; But I could be wrong. Released on SteepleChase.
