About me:: I am an independent Consultant in the oil and gas industry. Part of my hobbies is trying to learn tenor saxophone _ I've not gone much far _ as well as listening to all sorts of jazz, fusion and world music. I had the luck to co-organise the Baku International Jazz Festival in 2005, 2006 and 2007. The festival was stopped after I left Azerbaijan in 2008 but I hope that it will be re-started soon. They have a few excellent jazz musicians there. There is a web site but unfortunately it now works erratically... www.festival.jazz.az
I am a fan of Stan Getz for he has the best tenor saxophone sound I ever had the chance to listen to: perfect or superbe comme on dit en Francais !
