- Became aware of Stan Getz...in the late fifties...my later to be husband...belonged to a record club...and one of the records...was a Stan Getz album..and he just becme a favorite. Over the years I had the good fortune to see him live, I was hoping this site..would offer more about his early, early life. a total biography. In reading his comments about how he felt about music..so rings alike to performer that today I am totally absorbed by...The Virtuoso Vilolinist David Garrett. Thanks for this site.
