Sorry for this very poor video quality, but... it's a beautiful surprise found on YouTube: Stan with strings !!!
After some research, this seems to be an excerpt from a TV show:
GETZ: RAVEL, SAUTER, WILDER, MACERO AND ALL THAT JAZZ
Stan Getz (with the Chamber Symphony Orchestra, a string quartet or his own group) performs songs by Eddie Sauter, Teo Macero, ...
I hope that we shall see one day the broadcast in its entirety.

Thanks for posting it Pascal. It was posted on YouTube a few months ago but it doesn't appear to be there anymore.
Sure wish the whole show will be posted one day.
