Hey kid. I always wondered who the beauty was in the photos, and now I know. This is a wonderful site filled with great people, enjoy.
I'm in my 9th month practicing the tenor. Everyday I have more and more respect for what your grand daddy did. I hope he's smiling down on me.

Hi Joannah, thanks for your comment. After I learned Stan Getz passed away, I must have had dozens of dreams where he would be giving advice to me on playing the saxophone. And in the mornings it would feel so real that I would think that maybe he was still alive and that the fact that he died was the (bad) dream. :)) Anyway, you too have a nice day.
