Happy to hear Larry Willis and Larry Grenadier. This was obviously recorded in a club. Do you have more details on this ? ( Name of the club, radio broadcast ??). I find this set completly enthralling. I love hearing Stan talking;)) I can't thank you enough for it.
Couldn't be happier with that Mel Torme's DVD. Simply one of the best. Of course John on piano and Bob Maize on bass are incredible.
Roger the Kool Concert at Carnegie Hall with Zoot, Al and Jimmy is great. I will send it to you on Monday.

Incredible band. I read somewhere that Stan did not like the vibraphone very much.
Except for Milt Jackson playing it. But than Lou Levy recommended Gary Burton.
And as Stan would say it "... the rest is history"
