Remembering Stan...

Gérard and Monsieur MIEN

This man knew well Stan Getz whom he received in his house to have dinner during many Jazz festivals in NICE and ANTIBES.

Owner of a musical store (instruments) in NICE called " EVERYTHING FOR THE MUSIC ", he even sold a TENOR saxophone ( Brand SELMER) to STAN GETZ!

He possesses STAN GETZ's new photos that he will give me to put them on-line for our biggest pleasure!

Monsieur MIEN is a really nice person, I know him for quite 10 years now, he sold me my soprano sax and said to me something I did not know, Stan was also playing soprano sax, I've never heard him with a soprano sax, Have you got any records of your father playing soprano sax?
