Hey Dennis: Thanks for taking time to read and reply to my posting. My Dad was a musician who took a great interest in my musical career. When I asked him to take me to see Stan I was pleasently surprised that he did so fervently. We sat though several sets. Dad asked Stan to come to our table. His comment to me were "don't be just a saxophone player". After all of these years I still have his autograph. I was on top of the world. 2 weeks later I was picking up my new Selmer MarkVl; just lke Stans'. I had the chance to see and hear him in person about 6 times. Always a treat.
