Hi Steve, it's great to see more of the Getz gang here. My musical family and I have dug your dad for as long as I can remember. It's also been a treat to meet Bev, and I dig her, so there's no doubt that I'll dig you too. It's heartening to see that you still chose to be involved in music despite its challenges.
That's a beautiful portrait of you and your dad. What I wanna' know is, how did you reach the console when you were a 4 year old shorty? ;o)

In any case, good to see you here.

    Blessings in all you do.

PS Nice story you left for Marissa! I never knew the details of that pic myself! LOL!

Steve, thanks for sharing the story behind the photo, it's the details that make life and they're what we remember about who we love. We never stop missing our parents, the world just doesn't seem right without them in it, does it? The strongest connection that remains for me too is the music my mom and and dad left me. Music and art transcends time and space, and I think it might be the stuff that heaven is made out of. Thanks for spurring some reminiscing. It always amazes me how one little detail can bring back so much. We all have "Proust cookies." Think of all the ones we haven't eaten yet!

Hey, I was just kidding about you being at the console; it takes a bit to get my humor, but once people get it, they LAUGH and LAUGH :o) Right, Bev?

Groove on, Steve. I hope to hear more about your latest projects.

Hey Stevie boy, glad to hear everything is going well. Let me know whenever you are out this way so that we can get together again...it's been a looong time! I'll take you to a place that your dad and I used eat at in SF Chinatown after we'd jam at a local club.
